Pending Project Updates:
- Bathroom partitions for the pool house restrooms have been ordered – Installation slated for the next 2 weeks.
- Replacement benches have been ordered for the Rec Center – 4 have been installed, pending order and installation of 2 additional.
- New ADA table has been ordered for the pavilion, pending delivery – Standard table top to be delivered by end of July; New ADA table to be delivered by end of August.
- Tennis court resurfacing – scheduled for September – October.
Pending Board Decision:
- Sidewalk repairs at Rec Center.
- Perimeter fence repairs.
- Conversation with the Board and ARC regarding updating ARC Guidelines.
Pending Proposals:
- Mister replacement at Rec Center.
- Tree trimming + removal of dead trees.
- Deck-o-Seal the pool deck.
- Replacing pool furniture.
- Pool light replacement.
- Funbrella refurbishment – replace canopy and resurface/repaint the frame Irrigation throughout neighborhood.
- Landscaping contract (tentative).
