TENNIS COURT RULES
- Tennis court is reserved for use by residents of Brittany Lakes HOA and their guests. Amenity Card is required for entry.
- No persons thirteen (13) and under are allowed on tennis courts, unless playing tennis, without adult supervision. Adults have court priority after 6:30 p.m.
- Parents and/or guardians are responsible for the safety and supervision of their children.
- Proper tennis attire is required; only non-marking tennis shoes are permitted.
- No animals, skateboards, roller skates, bicycles, etc. are allowed on tennis courts.
- If other residents are waiting to play, please limit your play time to 90 minutes (singles) and 120 minutes (doubles).
- No food, glass containers, alcohol or smoking is permitted in tennis court area.
- Abusive or offensive language and radios are not permitted.
- Abuse of the nets or courts will not be tolerated. Any damage caused by a homeowner, or their guest, may be repaired at the cost of the homeowner.
- While waiting to use courts, please wait outside the gates.
- Keep gates closed at all times.
- No more than four (4) players per court will be permitted.
- Please dispose of litter in the appropriate place.

COURT HOURS: 6:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.

The Association or its Board of Directors reserves the right to revoke amenity privileges from anyone at any time should they cause an unsafe or unpleasant experience, break any rules or have a delinquent account status.
