The Brittany Lakes Homeowners Association has a contract with Spectrum Association Management to perform administrative and management functions for our community. Their functions include such matters as:
- Accounting services for HOA funds, including dues assessments and collections.
- Management of common area maintenance service contracts, such as landscaping and swimming pool operation.
- Enforcement of covenants (deed restrictions).
- Schedule, arrange, and facilitate organizational meetings, Board of Directors meetings, and committee meetings.

Annual Dues
The annual dues, sometimes called maintenance fees, are set each year by the HOA Board of Directors based on budget projections. Payment is a contractual requirement assumed by each home owner during the closing on their house. Dues are currently $750.00 per year, payable by January 1st. Statements are sent out to each home owner by Spectrum Association Management about 2-3 months before the due date.
Payments should be sent to Brittany Lakes HOA, c/o Spectrum Association Management, P.O. Box 299008, Lewisville, TX 75029 before the due date. Accounts become delinquent if not paid by January 31st and interest and collection expenses accrue until the account is paid in full.

- Report a Violation
- View Deed Restriction Notices
- Request a Pool Tag
