February 24, 2022

Pursuant to Article VI, Section 1 of the Bylaws of the Brittany Lakes Homeowners Association, Inc. a meeting of the Directors was duly called and held on February 24, 2022, via Zoom meeting

IN ATTENDANCE

Representing the Members of the Brittany Lakes Homeowners Association were the following Board members:

  • Todd Edwards (President)
  • Kimberly Widener (Treasurer)
  • James Charo (Vice-President)

Absent with apologies:

  • Jeramy Roesler (Secretary)
  • Diana Lawless (Member at Large)

Representing Spectrum Association Management, LP was:

Community Manager – Hannah Maskevich

DETERMINATION OF QUORUM

A quorum of Board members was announced and the meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m.

MINUTES APPROVAL

The meeting minutes from December 16, 2021 were unanimously approved as presented.
The meeting minutes from February 3, 2022 were unanimously approved as presented.

FINANCIAL REPORT

The Board was presented with the January 2022 financials.

BUSINESS

  • The Board approved the proposal from KGL Property Services for a total of $4,578.00 to replace the bathroom partitions in the color ‘211-Black’. Motion – Todd; second – Kimberly; all in favor 3-0.
  • The Board discussed the 2022 pool season. Information will be mailed out to homeowners explaining how to gain access for the upcoming season, as well as sent out via eBlast.
  • The Board approved the proposal from Curb Appeal for a total of $3,200.00 to repair the sidewalks at the Longspur Park. Motion – Todd; second – Kimberly; all in favor 3-0.
  • The Board approved the proposal from Certapro for a total of $23,138.16 to clean, sand, prime and paint the cluster mailboxes throughout the neighborhood. Motion – Todd; second – Kimberly; all in favor 3-0.
  • The Board discussed the Little Free Library proposal that was submitted and approved with stipulations, that will be approved via email.

HOMEOWNER FORUM

Homeowner’s present were given the opportunity to present discussion items with the Board, but no homeowners made any inquiries.

ADJOURNMENT

With no other business to discuss, the Board adjourned the meeting at 7:06 p.m.
