ARC Guidelines – Pre-existing Violations

Improvements which are existing as of the effective date of these guidelines and which are in violation of these guidelines (and therefore, ordinarily will not receive ARC approval) should receive ARC approval as long as they do not violate the CC&Rs and the owner submits a Request for Home Improvement Approval form and other information required by these guidelines.
