ARC Guidelines – Breezeway Gates/Fencing

Breezeway gates/fences must not exceed six (6) feet in height. Gates/fences must be maintained at all times.

    • Wrought iron fences/gates must be painted black unless otherwise approved by the ARC.

    • Wood fences may not be altered in any form or fashion to incorporate any artistic design, cutouts, wagon wheels, etc. If the fence is to be painted, it must match the primary color of the home.

    • Brick fences must not exceed six (6) feet in height and must match the existing brick of the home.

    • Lattice may be used for the top portion of a breezeway fence. Lattice must be structurally sound with framed perimeter. Lattice must be a minimum of two (2) inches in width and Yi inch in thickness. A maximum of two (2) feet of lattice can be used to top a brick or wood fence. Lattice must be painted to match the primary color of the home when used with brick.
