In order to achieve an attractiveness and uniformity in appearance and maintain the property values of the community, the Developers have established Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCR’s) which apply to every property in Brittany Lakes.
Because Brittany Lakes was developed in several phases, there are several versions of the CCR’s. Although all versions are generally similar, there are certain points upon which they differ. Block 7 Includes house numbers 2111 to 2135 on Brittany Colony Dr and 2121 Pelican Landing Court in Block 8.
Block 8 Not including house numbers 2111 to 2135 on Brittany Colony Dr and 2121 Pelican Landing Court. Includes all homes on Laughing Gull Lane, Shearwater Court, Slider Court, house numbers 2622 and below on White Ibis Court, and 2615 and below on Brown Pelican Lane in Block 9.
Block 9:1 Includes homes on Goldfinch Lane, Kingfisher Court, Black Duck Drive, house numbers 2624 and above on White Ibis Court, and 2708 and below on Quail Dove Lane, and 2617 and above on Brown Pelican Lane.
Block 9:2 All homes on White Dove Court and house numbers 2710 and above on Quail Dove Lane, in Block 9.
Block 12:1 Not including house numbers 2255 and higher on Longspur Lane.
Block 12:2 Includes homes on Longspur Lane with house numbers 2255 and higher, in Block 12.
